 Thanks for the report. Looks like the PyZMQ folks added Python3 specific
 code for the 20.0.0 release. Even reverting this immediate code in
 `setup.py` only helps with the build ... the `import zmq` in Py27 fails
 because of Python3 specific code.

 I'm going to revert the Py27 version back to 19.0.2 ...
