 Well it tells us that the php code has some problem with the compiler you
 have on El Capitan. (What version, exactly? Run `clang -v` to find out.)
 But it doesn't tell us which range of Apple clang versions has the
 problem, which is what we would need to put into the portfile to blacklist
 the specific bad versions of clang. You should let the developers of php
 know this information.
