 This workaround works, but there's still some library path issue:

 {{{
 DYLD_FALLBACK_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt/local/lib python3 -c 'import
 graph_tool.all as gt'
 }}}

 I don't see anything amiss in {{{otool -L
 /opt/local/lib/libgdk_pixbuf-2.0.0.dylib}}}.
