Comment:

 This is intentional. These symlinks point to files in the texmf tree which
 are installed by other ports.

 Files in /opt/local/libexec/texlive/binaries are not meant to be used
 directly. They are symlinked into /opt/local/bin when the corresponding
 port (and symlink target) is installed.
