 Strange, the log appears to be cut off mid-line. I don't see the
 "implausibly old time stamp" warnings on 10.15. The PKG-INFO file is the
 only one that actually has a 1 Jan 1970 timestamp; the rest seems fine,
 for example `flit_core/__init__.py` is 6 Sep 2020. It's very unclear what
 actually failed here.
