 I attempted to update the py-enable Portfile to the latest version with
 python-3 subports. However, it errors on the build step, and it is not
 immediately obvious to me what the fix might be. I do not have sufficient
 interest to fix it. Enable is a dependency for Chaco, and I have no idea
 if there is a user-base in Macports for Chaco.

 Should I submit a PR with these changes and include a Portfile note that
 it is broken? Or leave the port as is?
