 Hello,

 It is not possible to build php72 on Big Sur with Xcode 12.3 and Command
 Line Tools for Xcode 12.3 installed.

 Macports has been reinstalled as required by the
 [https://trac.macports.org/wiki/Migration OS migration upgrade].
