 When building on 10.13 or earlier, this warning appears:

 Warning: reinplace s|-isysroot[^ ]*|| didn't change anything in
 /opt/local/var/macports/build/_Users_rschmidt_macports_macports-ports-svn-
 trunk-new_gis_pdal/PDAL/work/build/bin/pdal-config
 }}}
 In this case it is harmless but you should design the port so that the
 warning does not occur. For example, don't do the reinplace if
 configure.sdkroot is the empty string.
