 I prepared the update already (not yet the py39 subport), but
 [https://github.com/spyder-ide/spyder/issues/14483 this issue] is  present
 and pops up an "internal error" message every time you start Spyder.
 Upstream suggests to ignore it and to me it indeed seems that Spyder
 works.
