 I have to re-install gcc9 because I want to uptade my gildas package (see
 ticket 59347). I am on a Mac running OSX 10.14.6 and Xcode 11.3.1

 As suggested in this ticket I did the following :

 sudo port uninstall gcc9
 sudo port -v -s install gcc9

 But the gcc9 install fails with the error as seen in the main.log attached
 file

 I cleaned gcc9 and repeated 3 times the install but always get the same
 error
