 Note that we should probably prompt users to set environment variable
 `$PYENV_ROOT`. I’m not sure what would happen otherwise; possibly new
 Python will be installed besides `pyenv` binary and requires root
 privilege (thus killing the point to use pyenv at all). Need experiments.
