 ```rev-upgrade``` is complaining because the library provided by poppler
 is the wrong version for scribus-devel.

 Googling for the error message "no member named 'getEnableFreeType' in
 'GlobalParams'" finds https://bugs.gentoo.org/704482

 Poppler has moved getEnableFreeType
