New description:

 Alpine has been migrated to new sites.

 - source code: https://repo.or.cz/alpine.git

 Not sure how long the homepage would last for, but repo.or.cz is pretty
 stable. Hopefully John no longer need to maintain his own site for hosting
 Alpine tarballs.

 By the way 2.22 is available.

 Note that packages on [https://packages.debian.org/buster/alpine Debian
 Buster], [https://formulae.brew.sh/formula/alpine Homebrew], and
 [https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/alpine-git AUR] already point to this
 new homepage. Homebrew and AUR refer to the source repository on
 repo.or.cz in addition.
