 Since I wrote to USGS, I received no response. The source is now gone.
 FreeBSD [https://www.freshports.org/misc/gctpc removed] the port.
 Archlinux has a comment that they should use one of our mirrors as source.
 Is it possible to use one of MacPorts mirrors as a master_sites?
