 Strange enough the error is gone under trace mode (`port -vt install`), it
 only appears if I'm not using the trace mode when building Gate (Geant4
 doesn't even build under the trace mode). I'll do some more checks, but
 I'll probably just do the above mentioned fixed and see if that helps in
 any way.
