 I've attached a patch that redoes the Leiningen installation to use the
 standalone binary distribution along with the version of `lein` which
 doesn't attempt to auto-update.

 If this works for others without negative feedbas, in a few days I will go
 ahead and replace the current Leiningen Portfile with this one.

 If some MacPorts maintainer wants to just commit the patch in the
 meantime, that will be fine with me.
