Comment:

 One of the recursive dependencies like libpsl uses python37. Python 3.7 is
 the default version for a lot of ports currently, and that's not a
 problem.

 I can see at least two things wrong in your log: MacOSX.sdk (which would
 be the 10.15 SDK) is being used instead of MacOSX10.14.sdk, and
 ${prefix}/bin/gcc is being used instead of /usr/bin/clang. I don't know
 why either of those would be the case. The log is incomplete (it starts at
 the destroot phase), so please generate a complete one by cleaning
 python37 and trying the installation again, and upload the new log if it
 still fails.
