 I see a number of ports are doing this on an individual basis -- testing
 for {{{${DEVELOPER_DIR}/SDKs}}} and setting {{{use_xcode yes}}} if that
 directory is not found.

 This sure seems like something that should be handled in base instead of
 on a port-by-port basis, though...
