New description:

 For example, in #38452 Currently it looks like:

     Port: [https://trac.macports.org/query?status=!closed&port=~apache2
 apache2]

 I propose to add a link “info”, making it

     Port: [https://trac.macports.org/query?status=!closed&port=~apache2
 apache2] ([https://ports.macports.org/port/apache2 info])

 The “info” link should only show when there is a Port with exact same
 name.
