 My story is: 7.5.0_1 was built and installed. I did not realise at once
 that `_1` and re-activated 7.4. Then some programmes failed because `isl`
 was upgraded. So I tried to reactivate 7.5. But `port` did not want to
 proceed with `libgcc7`… (OK, my fault might have been that I asked `port`
 to **upgrade** `libgcc7` while I should have re-** activate**d it. Next
 time.)

 And in this situation, with `libgcc7` still outdated, my Leopard seems to
 work fine. (Right now the PowerBook G4 is upgrading in Tiger.)
