 Found out the file libatspi.0.dylib was located here:
 /opt/local/lib/libatspi.dylib.

 After creating a symbolic link to here
 /opt/local/libexec/libatspi.0.dylib, the at-spi2-registryd command started
 to work.

 This fixed the problem :)
