 I also tried installing 10.3 and 10.4 ( Not previously installed on this
 system ) which resulted in what appears to be the same error. My best
 guess is that what is causing the build to fail with 10.2 is most likely
 what is wrong with those as well. So if a fix it found it will most likely
 need to be applied to 10.3 and 10.4 as well.
