 `proj4` was updated to 4.9.3 in [8404dbb8c3/macports-ports], and as of
 [e3710d6800/macports-ports] seems to have been renamed to `proj4`. `grass`
 and `relax3d` use `proj4`, while `spatialite-tools` uses `proj`. Is this
 ticket still relevant (i.e. `proj4` should still be removed)?
