Comment (by kencu):

 Issue might be with {{{libqscintilla2_qt5.15.dylib}}} rather than
 {{{octave}}}, as every other library is correctly referenced.

 could find {{{libqscintilla2_qt5.15.dylib}}} and give us the installed
 name of that library?
