New description:

 After accepting the EULA, an alert will ask:

 || PhysX not installed, or an older version is installed. Install new
 version? (Game will exit if you click "No") ||

 Clicking Yes will just make the alert reappear. This happens because the
 game downloads a newer MSI installer, which Cider can't run.
 Previously, the game needed the AGEIA version of PhysX 2.6.0; now it needs
 the NVIDIA Legacy version 2.6.4.
