 Some of the known issue listed in the ReadMe are included in
 [https://github.com/asciidoctor/docbookrx/issues/23 this feature request].
 Unfortunately, according to
 [https://github.com/asciidoctor/docbookrx/issues/65#issuecomment-576144216
 this comment] the maintainer isnâ€™t actively working on this project
 recently, so we would have to maintain our own fork for now.
