 I marked it fixed but I'm not sure.

 It looks like 10.10 doesn't have `python3`? The port transitively requires
 `python38`, and we should have been using that anyway, so I changed it to
 do so.

 I see there seems to not be a 10.10 buildbot, and 10.9 fails because of a
 known-failing dependency. Unfortunately I don't have a 10.10 environment
 to check myself.
