 I had gdal 3.1.0_0 (with +mrsid+netcdf+openjpeg+postgresql10) installed.
 It had built and installed fine for me.  I just tried to upgrade to
 3.1.0_1 but the upgrade failed.

 Perhaps related to:  https://trac.macports.org/ticket/60625
