Comment (by ryandesign):

 We've fixed the distributability problem (see #60704) so if you wait one
 hour from now you should be able to get our binary and bypass this build
 error by running `sudo port clean rsync` and then `sudo port upgrade
 rsync`.

 However, whatever problem caused clang to crash when you built rsync could
 easily happen again if you need to build some other software, so you
 should still [http://developer.apple.com/bugreporter/ report it to Apple]
 so that they can fix it.
