 uhd currently sets `set selected_python_no_dot 37`. I suggest switching
 this to `set selected_python_no_dot 38`.

 uhd currently sets "PortGroup   cxx11 1.1". I suggest switching this to
 `compiler.cxx_standard 2011`.
