 FWIW, MacPorts ASCO builds fine on Lion, but doesn't appear to work
 correctly; specifically it doesn't appear to update #PARAMETER# beyond the
 first iteration.

 I built 0.4.10 locally and it work fine with both the general example and
 my own work; the MacPorts version doesn't work in either case.
