New description:

 Port is currently at version 0.9.9, released in 2005. Project has moved to
 https://github.com/castor-data-binding/castor ; the `master_sites`
 currently specified is gone. Latest upstream release is 1.4.1, released
 2016.

 Port currently has fallback dependency on deprecated port `kaffe`; if this
 port is to be kept it should instead use the Java portgroup (#60206).

 (I personally do not need this port.)
