 Latest release is currently 8.0.16 (2019-04-25). Current version of port,
 5.1.12, is from 2010, and has an at least one outdated dependency:
 `jakarta-log4j` (#53458).

 The port should also use the Java portgroup instead of a fallback
 dependency on deprecated port `kaffe`(#60206).
