 the latest version {{{py37-numpy-1.18.0_0+gfortran+openblas}}} appears to
 install fine on the
 [https://build.macports.org/builders/ports-10.15_x86_64-builder/builds/26856
 buildbot]. Also {{{py-cython}}} has been updated in the meantime; so can
 you please try again and report back?
