Comment:

 I haven't had a need for a MacOS proxy; typically those would live on head
 nodes of a cluster, or perhaps a system located close to a population
 (remote office) of systems being monitored. If someone really wants a
 zabbix(4|44)-proxy, they can open a ticket and I'll look into it.

 The zabbix4 Portfile already supports nine different ports total —
 (4|42|44)-(|agent|frontend) — so I'd rather not add it just for fun.
