 Updating moreutils to 0.63 on Catalina 10.15.4 (19E266) I get "Can't
 locate XML/SAX/ParserFactory.pm in @INC (you may need to install the
 XML::SAX::ParserFactory module)".

 This was resolved by installing p5.28-xml-sax.
