You can declare a subport by writing `subport subport-name { ... }` where
the braces enclose the subport-specific instructions (e.g., add,
overwrite, remove dependencies and option values).
If not all differences can be enclosed in the `subport` block, you can
test for the subport name in specific places with, e.g., `if
{"${name}-devel" eq ${subport}} { ... }`.

portfiles are synchronised.
