 Intersting, I am also on 10.15.4 and have built it over the last 3 months
 at least a few 100 times.

 What compiler are you using? Xcode, MacPorts gcc, MacPorts clang? Which
 version? I am using an up to date Xcode.

 Would you be able to set up a local port repo to test a patched port file?
