 Upstream has closed the issue, saying Xcode 11.4 and later fix the
 problem. So what do we need to do about that in MacPorts? We may have
 Xcode 11.4.1 on our build machine already but that's no guarantee that
 users have upgraded. Do we need to add an Xcode version check to the port
 (perhaps the xcodeversion portgroup)?
