 p5-test-indistdir and p5-time-format specify their license as
 `unrestricted` but this is not a license name known to MacPorts:

 Is there a known license name that can be used instead?

 According to https://metacpan.org/pod/Test::InDistDir p5-test-indistdir is
 actually under the WTFPL-2 license (which is known to MacPorts).

 According to https://metacpan.org/pod/Time::Format p5-time-format isn't
 under a specific license, but maybe `Permissive` would be appropriate?
