 Try out this kludge:

 Copy the contents of
 `/opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_gis_grass7/grass7/work/grass-7.8.3/dist.x86_64
 -apple-darwin19.4.0/lib` into `/opt/local/share/grass78/lib`

 Build grass7. **DON’T INSTALL IT. BUILD ONLY.**

 If the build works, then remove every file from
 `/opt/local/share/grass78/lib`.

 Then install the port.
