 @dani-hopkins: Do you know which exact OSX version you're using? I'm
 currently updating my Catalina install to the current release: 10.15.5.
 This will also involve updating Xcode, so it'll be a few hours. The errors
 you have are OSX SDK related, so I'm wondering if somehow Xcode isn't
 properly installed for you:
