panic log was generated.
I guess it needs a good trim then? (ie option 1)
I'm sitting and updading the `mirror_sites.tcl` at the moment… Just did
the cpan. Through their list of mirrirs, and just picking the http(s)
sites as before, there are ≈ 30 fewer now.
I saw they also have a [http://mirrors.cpan.org status page], with misc
reports/probes - like “hangs”. I've removed few of the bad ones.
