 Modernize checksums.

 The checksums of the p4 and p4d programs have changed so change the
 dist_subdir and increase the revision. (We had updated to 2010.1 on
 2010-08-26 but these 2010.1 files are from 2010-09-23.)

 Fix the install location of the p4d manpage. Upstream calls it "p4d.1"
 but we're installing it in section 8 so it needs to be called "p4d.8".
