 I am seeing this error on several systems (Tiger PPC, SnowLeopard). And
 yet, it seems to have built fine on the buildbot
 <https://packages.macports.org/p5.28-time-hires/> for SnowLeopard, so I
 can download it from there.

 Building it with trace mode doesn't fix it.

 Adding the legacy-support PortGroup does build it, but then later on I
 found there are troubles with the dynamic lookup of legacysupport symbols
 when building some other perl modules, as the legacysupport library is not
 automatically included in perl builds.

 I don't as yet fully understand why I'm seeing this error yet the
 buildbots did not, or exactly the best way to fix it.
