 Yeah, guess I missed that path.

 I have a local PR that removes cmake and all the cmake deps from this and
 uses cmake-bootstrap to fix this up, but never pushed it.

 We have to get all this stuff out of the clang dependency group.

 clang-3.7 can't run the legacysupport test suite, for one of many issues.
 python won't build properly with clang 3.4. etc etc etc.
