 Thank you for the effort.

 Is it possible to pass the compilation options "configure.cflags-append
 -Wno-error=implicit-function-declaration " to MacPort when upgrading? Up
 to now I just use "sudo port upgrade virtuoso-7", which fails. But I am
 willing to try something more elaborate.
