 I tried to build MacPorts from source on the release version of Big Sur

Comment:

 Duplicate of #61438.

 MacPorts 2.6.3 is not compatible with macOS 11. Use the latest code in our
 2.6 branch instead. We will release MacPorts 2.6.4 with support for macOS
 11 soon.
