 I see an implicit declaration of function, which will need to be fixed for
 compatibility with Xcode 12 and later, but is only a warning in your log
 since you're on Xcode 11.

 The problem you're seeing with undefined symbols for cairo gobject was
 fixed by the developers of birdfont in 2.29.1:

 I'll update the port.
