 I don't know anything about libICE, so I'm reporting this under xemacs.  I
 hope that's OK.
 I did this:
 port install xemacs
 and got this:

 The ultimate problem seems to be the lack of an OSX SDK version 11.  I
 have installed XCode and activated the command line tools and already run
 xcode-select --install.
